The Fallen American Dream
"Old Glory"
America has failed to hearken to the 9-1-1 awakening blast in Babylon USA.

Although not many, there have been a small number of public demonstrations or attempts at repentance, which perhaps adds a few seconds to the clock before midnight. As I see it, television is just as rotten and overripe for judgment as before. All things appear as usual. Sex, violence, and commercialism still dominate the television screen, cannibalizing the moral order 5 not only of America, but also of the whole world. This is why the earth rocks and reels. With the coming of the new game shows based upon greed and self-interests, people are witnessing consistent messages of cruelty as never before imagined. "Sylvania", "Survivor", "Big Brother", et al "reinforce distorted paradigms of human morality and spirituality".6 It is OK to be spiritual as long as it attaches to Eastern mysticism or the occult and not to Christianity. The worst players win in the new game shows and deception is the talent of choice. In order to get a high viewer rating a program must have self-seeking, shallow, vengeful characters. Having reached its zenith, the sexual revolution of the baby boomers has metamorphosed quite naturally into a depersonalization of relationships. Sight is short and commitments are frenzied or meaningless. Truly, the screens of Hollywood and TV have programmed viewers to become emotionally insensitive to inhumanity.7 If indeed the scripts of books and movies mirror the culture of the moment as sociologists contend, alas and regrettably, the Apostle Paul's prophesied last days' generation is upon us.

  2 Timothy 3:1-5

3:1) But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2) People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3) without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, 4) treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God- 5) having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with them. NIV

It is impossible to turn on the television without being lambasted with salacious advertising, voyeurism, close-ups of bludgeonings, or dying bodies. Photographic laurels seem to be given to the person who can obtain the most shocking real-life pictures. The occult is in; Christianity is out. Violence, nudity, and prime-time sex are in. Relationships based on love and loyalty are out. Plots about greed, power, and irresponsibility are in. Whatever does not sell products is out. It is all about commerce and money. And that is what causes God to have to judge the world. Folks, we are there. Not one thing of mercantilism in Revelation chapter 18 has been left out. All is listed including the merchandising of souls [verse 13]. "And the fruits that thy soul lusted after are departed from thee, and all things which were dainty and goodly are departed from thee" never to be recovered. "And the merchants who were made rich" by the synthesis of religion and government "shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing" [14,15]. The collapse of commercial Babylon will fill the hearts of the people who worshipped her with terror, for they know that the climax of the age is upon them. It begins when God pours out His wrath upon the church for her apostatizing. Her harlotry paramours will not be able to save her then and her witchcraft will be her undoing. She will rebel no more. She will flirt no more with the world for the world despises her and will consume her. Having refused correction, she has sold her light for the sum of darkness. By tearing the walls down and commingling with worldly ways, she has soiled her beautiful garment of God's holy righteousness by rubbing up against the old moth eaten garments of Gnosticism and Mysticism.

We have seen that the Laodicean church is an outgrowth of the blessed Philadelphian church. The baton is in the process of changing hands if it has not already been delivered. Sometimes two runners run together a long ways before the one lets go and the other picks up steam. Jesus said to Jeannette in the prophecy given her that the great apostasy is coming within seconds implying that the directive of the former has not yet been fully released. Jesus' finger is pointing to the divide separating the two church mandates. Evidently, total apostasy has not yet filled the cup. There is a remnant of believers who have not drunk from the cup of the harlot church and Jesus is pleading with them to come out of this apostatizing movement before it is too late. He promises anyone who does a place in His bridehood, for He said,

  Revelation 3:21

21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

Sitting with Jesus in His throne is an invitation to become a bride at His wedding as we have seen in the vision "Divine Arm of the Lord". Analysis of the Scriptures referring to the tribulation period indicates that part of the church apostatizes while a part does not. If you are reading this and there has been no large-scale disappearance of people, then there is still time. The Bible teaches that the great escape comes at the removal of the restraint on evil, which is the Holy Spirit. When He goes, He takes all those with Him in whom He is dwelling. Only then can the man of sin appear [2 Thessalonians 2:3-8]. At that point, the climax of the age begins to escalate and the birth pangs or travail of earth begins in earnest. The Lord Himself called the tribulation period a terrible time of travail like unto a woman giving birth to a baby. Everyone knows that when that happens something is about to be born. In this case, it is a Kingdom. Once the pains start there is no reversal. Everything proceeds to the climax of the age of the Church and to the finish of the delivery of the Kingdom. The birth of anything is typically difficult and painful and my advice is to stay rapture ready.

Hand of God
Judging the Divide

To understand what Jesus meant when he said, "I will put my finger into the great divide," it was necessary to report all that has been mentioned about the metamorphosis of the church from the Philadelphian one to the Laodicean one. Having armed ourselves with the knowledge that God is not pleased with the Laodiceans, we can look at the meaning of why Jesus put His finger in the great divide.

The divide is the point at which the church falls away from truth into error. It is a separation or divorce by many people in the church who through deception choose to follow another gospel, another spirit, and another Jesus [Galatians 1:6-9]. These people separate from the truth they received at the point of salvation. Accepting that many church-going people have never been born again, let us move on to the critical aspect of warning truly born again believers that a great deception obtains at the endtime. This is the import of the message. The message is to God's true church, the ones who have covenanted with Him to become a believer and who perhaps have studiously sought to become a bride. These people are about to miss out on the rapture.

Writing on the Wall
...God's hand writing on the wall

We know from the book of Daniel that God's hand wrote something on the wall of the palace in Babylon, and we know it was incomprehensible without interpretation. Babylon was the first Gentile kingdom in God's allotment of time to the Gentiles before He restores His Kingdom begun in David's day. He has given satan space to rule through the Gentiles, to rule righteously and to get it right, but we know they never have and never will. It is as if God wants all humanity to come to the understanding that without a change of heart, human rulers cannot measure up to God's standards. A few do have a heart change and become benevolent rulers, but most do not. Regardless of who is ruling, God rules over all. He established this fact with Nebuchadnezzar in the beginning of His gracious allotment of time to the Gentiles. So no one would doubt that God is supreme, He debased prideful Nebuchadnezzar until he acknowledged that God is the one who sets up kingdoms and pulls them down.

Belshazzar was having a palace party and defiling God's holy temple vessels by using them in a drunken orgy, when a strange thing happened. Everyone saw a hand minus a body write something on the wall. The frightened king ordered Daniel to come and interpret the writing since none of his own soothsayers and astrologers was able to do so. Hear Daniel as he reminds the corrupt King of Babylon about His grandfather's hard lesson, which he had to learn, and which he did at length learn, that the Most High God was ultimately in control of nations and kingdoms along with their rulers.

  Daniel 5:18-21

18 O thou king, the most high God gave Nebuchadnezzar thy father a kingdom, and majesty, and glory, and honour:
19 And for the majesty that he gave him, all people, nations, and languages, trembled and feared before him: whom he would he slew; and whom he would he kept alive; and whom he would he set up; and whom he would he put down.
20 But when his heart was lifted up, and his mind hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him:
21 And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will.

God gave Nebuchadnezzar a full year to repent of his prideful attitude before exacting the prophetic forewarning he was given. According to the above, he was told that if he did not repent, he would become debased by temporary mental insanity and act like an animal for seven years. He did not heed Daniel's counsel to turn and break off his sins by righteousness and make reparations to the poor whom he had hurt. Therefore, the king became a lunatic at the end of 12 months. God always gives grace before judgment. In America, God is gracing us by forewarning us even now. The fallen twin towers was a loud awakening blast. If the citizens of this country do not repent of their haughtiness and pridefulness and break off their sins by doing what is right and just, and if believers in the church do not reverse their backslidden ways, judgment is sure to come. At the end of the period of seven years, Nebuchadnezzar did repent and acknowledge that the God of heaven was in charge of nations, kingdoms, and all things. In fact, He wrote a beautiful tract to that effect and I submit it here for your edification.

  Daniel 4:34-37

34 And at the end of the days (his seven years of insanity) I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High (he finally acknowledged the true God of Israel), and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:
35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing (even kings of which he is one): and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou? (God is sovereign and what man has is the result of grace.)
36 At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellers and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.
37 Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven (Jesus Christ), all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase. (America needs to read about how this prideful king repented after having to be extremely debased in order to get his attention. Will the WTC humiliation be enough to get the USA's attention?)

I wonder if Saddam Hussein would remove the bricks with Nebuchadnezzar's name on them in his rebuilt Babylon if he knew about this tract extolling the God of Israel! Is it coincidental that God ordained seven years to finish off the final Babylon? Could Nebuchadnezzar's seven-year period of lunacy be a type of the culminating seven-year world madness? Could there be a correlation between the last prideful beastly Gentile kingdom, Mystery Babylon, and the first prideful kingdom in the rule of the Gentiles? They both bear the same name. They both are rich, opulent, and officious. Remember the lesson the king had to learn. God sets up kingdoms for His own purposes and numbers them. He sets the time clock and Belshazzar's time for reigning had run out. God uses the rule of nations and kingdoms as historical time markers for His prophecies well in advance of what will be, so that men may know that He is God. No other being or thing that is worshipped can prophecy way in advance accurately. God challenges people to test His Word and see if what He has written is true.

Daniel reminded Belshazzar about Nebuchadnezzar's debasement to show him God is in charge of kingdoms and finishes them off. All humankind needs to understand that God is in control of everything, and He sets up one and puts down another [Psalm 75:6]. Jesus said we have a few seconds left. I wonder how long that is in a timeless environment. If we have repented of worldliness and of taking pleasure in sin, if we have taken our place interceding through prayer for our nation and people's souls, if we have "loosed the bands of wickedness and undone the heavy burdens to let the oppressed go free" [Isaiah 58:6], then we are probably rapture ready and ought not be distressed at any of the forewarnings we have been given by the Lord.

Mene, Mene, Tekel, Upharsin

Without getting too detailed, let me explain that the hand Belshazzar saw was an open hand - 'yad' in Aramaic. Strong reports that it connotes power, strength, and direction. A closed one would not. Another word is used for it.Nothing in the text says anything about a stylus but since there were fingers, plural [5:5], one assumes there might have been something with which the hand was writing. Regardless, the hand was seen and this denoted that the power of God was writing a decree, which men could not annul.

REMBRANDT Harmenszoon van Rijn Belshazzar's Feast 1635 National Gallery, London
  Daniel 5:24-28

24 Then was the part of the hand sent from him; and this writing was written.
25 And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.
26 This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.
27 TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.
28 PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians.

'Mene' is Aramaic, as are all the words above, and means to count, appoint, ordain or set. Hence, it means to constitute officially.

Doubling the word establishes it as done. For a contract to be valid two witnesses must sign it. A notary's seal over his signature is the second witness if one uses a notary public. Therefore, doubling the word signified that the Babylonian Kingdom was officially finished, and Belshazzar's days were ended. He was killed by the Medes that very night. As controller of all things, God had numbered Babylon's days and her appointment was over. In finishing Babylon, God ordained that the second Gentile Kingdom would begin. Is that what Jesus meant when He said "I will put my finger in the divide?" By inserting His finger in the divide in our prophecy was he finishing one church off and sanctioning another to begin? Jeannette said He extended an open hand 'yad' towards her as He began to speak signifying that He has the power to set one up and put down another. Indeed, is not the Philadelphian church being put down in order to give the Laodicean church her directive?

In the "USA Prophecy", we noted that the Philadelphian church's mandate was activated in 1821 when the Monroe Doctrine came alive in America, and she was cut off in 1988. When America betrayed her covenant with God to follow the global society, it aroused God's anger. As was noted, the United States has been riding on the inertia of God's grace ever since. He has been waiting until the world's cup of iniquity is full before meting out judgment. In this visitation, Jesus is dealing with His church. He is showing us that the Great Apostasy is coming within seconds. This is a reference to the fast paced initiative of the United Religions Organization. The shakers of this organization are moving rapidly to bring together all faiths under one umbrella. They hope that peace will result if we make all religions equal. We cannot specify how long we have before this transpires. Since God is in control, it all depends upon when He decides it is time for His Son to go for His bride and bring her home for the wedding. In Jewish marriages, it is the custom for the Father to make the decision when his son's house is ready for occupancy. Then he announces to His Son it is time to get his betrothed. The forewarning for Jesus' bride to make herself ready has been given to the church in the "Divine Arm of the Lord" vision. She should be preparing for departure by rapture even now as she eagerly watches and patiently waits for Him. The Lord said in that vision we have been given a few moments of time in which to prepare. In this prophecy, He said we have only a few seconds. Do you suppose He is trying to tell us something is imminent?

'Tekel' is Aramaic and means to balance or to weigh and comes from a primary root word connoting to suspend or to be poised, inferring that someone or something's actions are suspended and poised waiting for a determination of their truth or guilt.

After balancing all things, the Most High God determined that Babylon lacked the necessary qualities for God to postpone her judgment. Hence, God finished her kingdom in her allotted number of days. He would now give another group of people opportunity to see if they could do a better job of ruling in the affairs of men than Belshazzar.

Like Babylon, we see from the tone of our prophecy that God has found this generation of Philadelphians lacking. She has lost her first love, changed her garments, and created another gospel, which is tainted and untrue to the enlightened Reformation Movement. God has put His powerful finger into the great divide to indicate that He is weighing us in the balance to determine if she too is finished. Will she repent? Nebuchadnezzar did and extended the life of his kingdom to 43 years. Nineveh repented at the preaching of Jonah and extended her days 150 years. Hezekiah repented and got 15 years more. What will America do?

Because the Philadelphians have chosen not to guard a pure gospel any more, they love not the truth and are following a spirit of error. We already have the answer of what God will do if the church does not repent. God Himself will send a strong delusion and harden their hearts so that they cannot repent. They will have to believe the lie [2 Thessalonians 2:12]. Like the handwriting on the wall of the palace in Daniel's day, His finger is warning of coming judgment if His people do not repent. Praise God! Faithful believers will be spared the coming hour of trial as indicated in the vision "Divine Arm of the Lord". In this prophecy, Jesus encourages those who have not defected from truth to remain steadfast, and His salvation, His blood covenant agreement with you, will protect you and keep you from falling [Jude 24].

'Upharsin' is the plural of 'peres' and means to split up, to divide, or to distribute. The 'U' is a connective particle the same as 'and' in English.

Babylon was split up and distributed to the Medes and the Persians, therefore it was divided into two parts. God is in control, and He divides. He will decide who belongs to which side of the great divide. We ought not judge any one person because they may be a borderline case. God knows who becomes an overcomer and who does not. People cannot look into the hearts of men. Only the Holy Spirit can ascertain who stays committed to the real Jesus and who has defected through deception. All we are called on to do is get ourselves holy, stay pure, and ever watch for our Lord's return. Paul tells us we should examine ourselves to see whether we are still in the faith once delivered [2 Corinthians 13:5]. Prove it to yourself by spending time with the Lord in the privacy of your prayer closet. No one else can do that for you. There were charlatans deceiving the flocks even in the early church, and Paul was concerned that the Corinthians had been deceived by some false apostles who had penetrated the sheepfolds [11:1-4]. He was concerned that they had accepted another gospel through the preaching of another Jesus that was bringing in another spirit. We too must ever be alert and mindful because no one is immune from deception. My advice is to follow Stanley Frodsham's advice in a prophecy he gave in 1965 about the coming deception.8 His advice is not to follow personalities nor Christian celebrities. Follow Jesus, and to do that you must get into the Word, for Jesus is the Word. Do not follow personalities because according to his prophecy, this prophecy, and the Bible's prophecies, there will be a defection from truth at the endtime from which the world will never be able to recover. It will not be a small matter. Remember Jesus' final words in His visitation:

  Jude 24-25

24 Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,
25 To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.
