False Blood
The label of Queen given to the woman in this vision designates more than one small kingdom of Babylonia. The appellation encompasses the entire panorama of earthly kingdoms and all that is ‘in the world’ 5everything good as well as bad. Remember that the tree in the garden of which Adam ate was ‘the tree of the knowledge of good and evil’.

This is where the average Christian gets tripped up. He thinks that there must be something good in this world. Satan does all he can to blind one to a worthy understanding of this truth. He entices people into martyring their lives for false causes by blinding their eyes to truth. Cases in point of are kamikaze pilots of World War II and terrorist suicide bombers today. This is the root reason why the Bible says,

Revelation 18:24

24 And in her (Babylon) was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

Wow! Is that a sweeping statement! – or is it an over-generalization? – or what?

The Blood of Jesus

Sadly, some people do become martyrs for false causes. In that regard, the sacrifice of their lives can be construed as an offering of their blood upon a false altar. It does not matter whether they laid down their lives themselves or it was taken from them; the blood spilled for the cause has no merit. Moreover, it matters not whose altar it is. Even the blood of righteous martyrs offered on the battlefields of time, has no value to save them. Regardless of the reason it was given, whether the cause was meritorious or unmeritorious, the blood on the altar is the same. It is rooted in Adam and hence original sin making it impure and unacceptable to God. The only blood of any worth is the blood of Jesus Christ because His blood is the blood of God. Every human being on the face of earth needs a transfusion from the blood of the Lamb of the sheepfold who is not only the door of the sheep being one Himself, but also the door of the portals into heaven.

The Blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross

John 14:6

6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

1 Peter 1:18-19

18 Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers;

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

Unholy Blood

The blood on the stained tiles of the tower in which Jeannette found herself represented the blood of all people from ungodly Cain to the righteous martyrs of the tribulation who die for their faith. Jeannette symbolized these latter souls. Even though she was destined to be a martyr for a right cause – not bowing the knee to a false god – her blood offered on the Queen’s altar to pride was no different than all those who died for whatever reason before her.

The Queen of Babylon’s demands reflected the worship given to all the gods of the mercantile, political, and religious world. In that respect, the red tower stands for the false blood, which is unholy blood, of ‘all that were slain upon the earth.’ The blood of righteous martyrs is no better than that of others. God only looks upon the blood of Jesus as sufficient to save.

The Holy Spirit made it clear through Peter’s first letter that only Jesus’ blood is precious and pure without blemish or spot [1:19]. The people whose blood colored the red room come from all faiths everywhere, and they offered their souls to worshipping whatever false god was around. Again, it matters not what the cause or belief system because all of it comes from following satan’s ideals, aims, and methods, his cosmic system. Can you now see why the Scripture says that in Babylon …was found the blood of the prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth?

A Recap

Since Adam chose to yield to the devil’s word instead of God’s, he and his future family progeny unwittingly became indentured servants to the new leaseholder of earth. Thankfully, when the last Jubilee year rolls around, in keeping with God’s written law related to the year of His grace, all property reverts back to the original owner, which in the case of the earth is God Himself, Jesus Christ, the second Adam who created it [Psalms 24:1] 6. Thus and unhappily, until his lease runs out satan is presently the god of this world [2 Corinthians 4:4].

We can deduce from what we have learned that the reason demons want to possess person’s bodies, is because it takes a physical body to interact with this physical world. Spirit beings cannot operate here without one. Actually, the real you is your spirit that is attached to your body. As soon as your ‘earth suit’ malfunctions, your spirit has to depart this planet because you have no way to contact this world when your physical tent expires. Without possession of a body, demons can only cajole or wheedle a person into acting in ways independent of God.

Satan could only entice Jesus to worship him. He could not force Him, nor can he force anyone to follow him. All who do, do so at their own discretion – and risk. The problem is that once a person goes down the slippery path of disobedience to the will of God and doing things the Bible says are forbidden, the fog rolls in and deception is the fallout. Soon, supposedly innocent activity transposes one into a pawn of demonic control and people start worshipping idols. The Babylonian ‘mystery’ sits upon this foundation.

Babylon - The City of Satan

Mystery Babylon – Origin of Occultism

The interpretation of this dream depends upon a grasp of the origin of occultism because the Spirit told me the Queen of Babylon in the vision is the ‘mother of harlots and abominations in the earth’:

Revelation 17:1-6

1 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:

2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.

3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.

Because the Lord told Jeannette that the woman she met in the vision was the sovereign empress of Babylon, she has to be the same woman in the passage above. Jeannette’s description of her behavior befits that of Revelation. The interpretation of the message, then, is locked up in the Bible’s revelation of who this mysterious woman is.

We will have to deduce from Scripture why she is heralded with the cryptic name, ‘the mother of harlots and abominations of the earth.’ But just for the record let us note that our parallel city, Jerusalem, is also called a harlot in the Bible! …The daughter of Zion is…a besieged cityHow is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers [Isaiah 1:8,21]. Remember this because it will be important when we get to an explanation of the two tiles Jeannette was told to push out.

Babylon is mentioned over 300 times in Scripture and whole chapters are devoted to her mystique. Outside of Jesus and Jerusalem, this more than matches any other player or place in the Biblical drama. Why does she pop up repeatedly throughout its pages? Let’s look at her beginning.

The Revealer Of Secrets Is God

Man is a religious being. He instinctively knows there is something beyond this physical world, which is beyond his ability to understand. Occultism means hidden or secret and refers to things that cannot be fathomed by investigation through the senses. What cannot be known through the senses must be revealed through paranormal sources.

Since God created everything, the secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever [Deuteronomy 29:29]. God alone is the revealer of secrets and truth. All other revelations by spirit beings, excluding God’s holy messengers, are lies. This is the reason God tells people to stay away from occultic things. Mysticism leads away from truth. We are admonished to study the Scriptures because it is there that we find answers to human problems. In short, it is God’s handbook for questions about His creation. Any other source of hidden knowledge is off limits for man.

Daniel 2:22

22 (God) revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.

Bedrock Of Deceit

Babylon is first mentioned by her sister’s name of Assyria in the second chapter of Genesis. And a river went out of Eden…and parted into four heads…and the third head goeth toward the east of Assyria [2::10,14]. Thus, one Babylonian cognate appears under the pseudonym 7 of Assyria side-by-side God’s mention of Eden. This Assyrian pseudonym for Babylon is mentioned first because the Antichrist of the end-time is called in Scripture ‘the Assyrian,’ implying that he will be from that area; and his bride, Mystery Babylon, Mother of Harlots epitomizes the character of his kingdom.

Assyria and Babylon are both situated in the Mesopotamian Valley, the cradle of civilization. Assyria occupies the upper northwestern portion and Babylonia the lower southern area. Noah’s great grandson, Nimrod, founded a megalopolis in both regions according to Genesis 10:8-12. First came Babel, which was the beginning of his kingdom …in the land of Shinar 8 [10:10], wherein a tower was built for worship independent of God. With a high hand, Nimrod built this city with its tower in defiance of the Lord. His name means ‘we shall rebel and indeed they did. The tower marked the beginning of man’s insolence to God, and God’s judgment on it also marked the start of God’s intervention in man’s attempt to get rid of Him. Even though construction on the tower was disrupted, the seed of idolatry had been planted and would eventually blossom into the World Trade Organization.

After disruption of the tower, from that land (Nimrod) went forth into Assyria, and built Nineveh…[Genesis 10:11 NASU 9], the formation of a second megalopolis. It is noteworthy that Assyria in Hebrew is Asshur meaning ‘being strengthened.’ In other words, Nimrod became more rebellious than ever and made even greater conquests having become skillful in the art of domination in the land of Shinar. Let’s find out what havoc he built in Shinar.

The Babylonian Root

To rightly understand the cryptic appellation: ‘Mystery Babylon, Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth,’ one must get to the root of the Babylonian religious system. The word ‘mystery’ refers to that which is beyond human ability to fully comprehend while arousing wonderment and curiosity. Mysteries exist because there is another very real world that predates this physical one and influences it in major ways. Because spirit beings in that realm exist in a hyper dimension, they are capable of accessing our spacetime. They have the capability, but not the right to do so [Jude 6].

Very shortly after the flood that destroyed the earth in Noah’s day, men began to turn away from worshipping the transcendent God of their fathers. They found that in pooling their resources, they could do just about anything. So, the more able men began to form ways to hold lesser skillful people in bondage by hiding the tricks of their trade. Secret rites and practices turned men’s hearts ever further away from the unseen God of faith and they exchanged the truth of God for a lie, worshipping and serving the creature more than the Creator [Romans 1:25].

The Bible names Nimrod the first world dictator whose name means ‘rebel’. True to his name he became ‘a mighty hunter before the Lord’ [Genesis 10:8,9]. Old Hebrew manuscripts read this, ‘a mighty hunter in defiance of the Lord.’ This rendering is more in keeping with his accomplishments because he was the one who built the tower of Babel that confused the way to God. The overarching principle that defines this Babylonian system of worship can be explained as people trying to get into heaven through their own ingenuity.

In alliance with his father Cush, whose name means confusion, Nimrod developed a manmade system for worship, discarding the walk of faith of his fathers Enoch and Noah. The name Babel means ‘Gateway to the gods.’ ‘Bav’- gate and ‘El’- god, thus, gate of god. This was the beginning of his famous spirit-city of Babylon. Within the purview of this city are all kinds of idols of worship be they material or esoteric. Astrology had its beginning atop this tower. Whatever leads people to trust in anything other than the Word of God – horoscopes, amulets, crystals, séances, ouija boards, pride, self-esteem, personal ambition, divination, sorcery, and such –belongs to this pantheon of gods. Many people have walked through the portals of this gate to their eternal doom. In reality, it is satan’s gate leading into his kingdom of hell. As we have noted before, Jesus possesses the keys to this gate now, and it is not locked. No one has to go there anymore, but whoever plays around with idolatry and forgets God will. Let’s examine the bedrock of Babylonianism.

The Seed of Idolatry

As the ultimate counterfeiter, satan has attempted to emulate God’s redemption of man through the seed of the woman with hollow myths that skirt around the truth. A blatant lie is easy to detect, but something close to the real is not. Hence, the devil devised a tale that captivates the imaginations of men and imitates the truth of the gospel account of salvation.

The Babylonish scheme of idolatry that brought on the confusion of tongues at the Tower of Babel was established around three primary personages, namely Nimrod, Semiramis, and Tammuz. The names of these persons as well as the particulars involved in the lie changed with the dispersion of languages. The conceptualization in the minds of men, however, remained the same and with time, the flowering of the bud produced variations on the same theme. Nimrod and Tammuz are mentioned in Scripture by these very names, but Semiramis is referred to as the Queen of Heaven.

The tale is recorded by historical documents and mythology that Semiramis was the wife of Nimrod who was killed early in life when his wife was pregnant with their son, Tammuz. By subterfuge, in order to stay in control of the people they were commandeering, she convinced her citizenry that she never actually had sexual relations with Nimrod, which was a lie. She told them that she was a virgin who was supernaturally pregnant with Tammuz who became known as the resurrected life giver. His death occurred each year at the winter solstice, and the next day he was ‘born again,’ resurrected as the savior of nature’s yearly life cycle. Herein lies the seed of reincarnation. People swallowed that camel, a lie was born, and Semiramis was elevated to the status of goddess. The ‘Mother of God’ contrivance was elevated to the universal Madonna and Child worship that one encounters all over the world. She assumes the prominent role with her son relegated to a sweet, unassuming, shy little child.

Jeannette characterized the son of the Queen of Babylon as completely subservient to his mother’s desires. Notice how He came upon Jeannette wily with a nonchalant charisma that alarmed her. In the vision, he was reflecting the true nature of the Babylonian lie, a shrewdly, cunning deception. His attractive manner masked the real motivation behind his charm. This man denotes the duplicity of the Antichrist of the tribulation. He will be the flattering adroit cosmic Christ of the multireligious union now seething and ready to engage the passions of many. But like all truly self-absorbed people, he will assassinate even his mother and set himself on the throne as god.

Ezekiel records that ‘women were weeping for Tammuz’ [8:14] engaging in false ritualistic worship that God said was an abomination to Him. They were confusing the imitation Messiah for the real seed of the woman and this admixture of heathenistic teaching with the truth contributed to the reason God forsook the nation of Israel. Make no mistake about it; God will not accept worship that is mixed with error. The coming United Religions (UR) of the world will set the stage for the finale of God’s tale of two cities.

Doubtless Semiramis devised this deception in collusion with her father-in-law Cush, whom the Bible very definitely confirms as Bel, the false god of confusion who caused the judgment of confused languages at the Tower of Babel. Extra-biblical sources show Cush to be Bel, known also as Merodach, the primary false god of Babylon who interpreted for the gods. As Hermes, another alias for interpreter, he programmed all of this folderol. Hear Jeremiah speak for God:

Jeremiah 50:2

2 Declare ye among the nations, and publish, and set up a standard; publish, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is confounded, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are confounded, her images are broken in pieces.

Jeremiah declares that Babylon will be confounded and broken in pieces as she reaps what she sowed. She confounded the true worship of God at the Tower of Babel incident and she becomes confounded and spoiled during the tribulation when God’s indignation on all this false worship is vented by way of the bowl judgments.

Can you see how idolatry was born with a counterfeit doctrine of the virgin birth of Jesus? Astrology became a part of this idolatrous system to the point that God had to abandon teaching the truth of salvation through the Mazzeroth, Hebrew for ‘Signs of the Zodiac.’

Given that like begets like and you reap what you sow, a false seed of a woman can only produce false blood. An imitation Christ cannot save. Tammuz was the spurious seed of Semiramis better known as the ‘Queen of Heaven’ in Jeremiah, and this Queen was a charlatan. I refer you to chapters 7 and 44 in Jeremiah to learn exactly how disgusted God was with His people mixing the truth of God with a lie – burning incense to the queen of heaven, pouring out drink offerings to her, …and making cakes to worship her with [Jeremiah 44:19].

You can read about this unusual but beneficent law in Leviticus 25:8-24. Especially note verses 13,17,23,and 24, which speak about the fact that the land belongs to God and He leases it out to His people. They can do with it whatever they want, but in the year of Jubilee, if for some reason it was forfeited, it is to return to the original leaseholder. In the case of Adam, satan has to return control of earth to the second Adam who has redeemed it from bondage. The Lord ordained that ye shall grant a redemption for the land [verse 24] in this year so that all the land does not ultimately wind up in the hands of an unrighteous sovereign. Thank God, Jesus is our kinsman-redeemer – hallelujah! One day soon, the final Year of Jubilee will roll around and the devil will have to turn over the lease to the one who redeemed it, Jesus, and we can ship his saddle along with him chained to it back to his home in the abyss. There are two spiritual kingdoms in competition for the allegiance of men, Lucifer’s and God’s. Everything in the Bible is for the purpose of enlightening men about these kingdoms Over time, these two unseen systems of governance have acquired many names and phrases that have become role indicators and point directly to one or the other of them. This is the reason one must study the Bible in order to rightly divide it and not attribute an inappropriate pseudonym to the wrong kingdom. It could mean the difference between everlasting life or eternal death. Aliases used in Scripture are role indicators symbolizing hidden truths related to these two unseen spiritual kingdoms on the one hand, and on the other, they function as letter placement holders. Because there are untold numbers of embedded codes written into the text of Scripture, God needed different words having different sequencing of letters with which to send His messages. Letters in words are placeholders and must be placed at exact locations within a text or else the hidden encryption is lost. Being omniscient, God knew exactly which pseudonym to use in a particular place so that the secret code is decipherable. Therefore, you will run across many aliases for Jerusalem and Babylon. For instance, there are 33 aliases for the Antichrist in the Old Testament and 13 in the New. (of)
